Saturdays @ 10:30am, Sundays @ 1:00pm, and Wednesdays @ 6:30pm.

$10 drop-in group class or free for all members. Come in for a partner workout: 40 minutes of work with opportunity for rest. Scale the class to the stimulus you need for your weekend morning, but most importantly, enjoy a workout with some community.
