Train Like an Athlete Program
Train Like an Athlete (TLA)
Our Train Like an Athlete (TLA) program is perfect for young athletes looking to improve their sport-specific skills. Designed to develop strength, speed, and agility, TLA prepares youth for the demands of competitive sports.
Times: Monday-Friday from 5pm-6:30pm
Focus on explosive power and speed development.
Strength training tailored to youth athletes to prevent injury.
Drills that mimic real-game scenarios for increased agility.
Endurance training to improve stamina on the field or court.
Develop a strong foundation in core stability to enhance overall performance.
Drop-in: $25 + HST
All-inclusive class-pack: $185/month + HS

Monthly Membership for Youth Athletes
