Camp Time Options: Every Monday-Friday all summer long!

  • Half-Day Morning Camp: 8:15am-12:30pm

  • Half-Day Afternoon Camp: 12:15pm-4:30pm

  • Full-Day Camp: 8:15am-4:30pm

Pricing

  • 1-week of Half-Day Camp = $165/week + HST

  • 1-Week of Full-Day Camp= $300/week +HST

  • Half-Day Drop-in = $35/day +HST

  • Full-Day Drop-in = $65/day +HST

Train Like an Athlete Program

Our Train Like an Athlete (TLA) program is perfect for young athletes looking to improve their sport-specific skills. Designed to develop strength, speed, and agility, TLA prepares youth for the demands of competitive sports.

Times: Sessions run Monday-Friday from 5:30pm-6:30pm

What’s Included in Each 60-Minute Session:

  • Dynamic warm-up

  • Strength & conditioning focused on performance development

  • Recovery and mobility work

  • Injury prevention strategies

  • Detailed weekly progress tracking

 Payment Information:
Athletes can attend as many sessions per week as they’d like:

  • First two sessions each week: $25 / session / athlete (HST included)

  • Additional sessions (3rd, 4th, or 5th): $20 / session / athlete (HST included)

Our Team Sports Training programs are designed to improve the performance of youth athletes in a team setting. We focus on conditioning, skill development, and injury prevention, ensuring that young athletes are prepared for competitive sports.
