Weekly class schedule for HAP featuring various fitness sessions. Sunday includes 'Community and Coffee' and 'Acroyoga'. Monday through Friday offers 'Strength & Conditioning' in the morning, 'Train Like an Athlete' in the evening, with additional classes on some days. Saturday features 'Strength & Conditioning' and 'Community and Coffee' sessions.

Train Like an Athlete

Monday - Friday @ 5pm

1.5 hours in length classes for athletes to build strength and power, increase mobility and flexibility, and enhance speed and agility! Workouts will include an in depth warmup, mobility, and activation portion, followed with skill work, strength, and/or conditioning.
