At Hesman Athletics & Performance (HAP), we designed team training to foster a sense of collaboration and mutual support, helping athletes build stronger bonds while pushing each other to excel. This group dynamic not only enhances individual performance but also maximizes results by creating a competitive yet encouraging atmosphere. Our team training programs are tailored to meet sport-specific goals, focusing on drills and strategies that improve real-game performance. We believe in the power of accountability within teams, helping athletes stay committed to their fitness and training objectives. Additionally, our program is centered on youth development, teaching young athletes how to thrive in team dynamics, preparing them for challenges both in sports and life.

They excel in their sports and are dedicated to helping every athlete improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve their best performance. Our team includes:

HAP Coaches are also trained in Standard First Aid and CPR-C. The program has been designed with expert input and incorporating the HighFIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development. Your child’s safety is our top priority at HAP and our staff are well-qualified to deliver an enjoyable, safe and high-quality program!
