My background is in gymnastics with 13 years as an athlete and over a decade of coaching experience. In 2019 I began instructing and performing aerial arts and have experience with silks, lyra, Acro and duo trapeze.

As a coach, my focus is on developing my students strength, stamina, and flexibility while teaching proper technique and body engagement to ensure successful skill progression.

I love seeing my students grow in their abilities and to see their confidence likewise growing with each new skill!

I have been performing and teaching acrobatics and aerial arts since 2018, specializing in aerial skills, lyra and duo-trapeze. I am also a certified rigger with a degree in Civil Engineering.

I draw on my former experience instructing and performing Vaganova style ballet to coach fundamental elements of technique, flexibility, and the physics of movement. My favourite part about coaching is seeing students confidence and abilities grow over time.

I firmly believe that anything is possible when you combine patience, discipline, and a positive attitude!

Hello! My name is Brad Caza, and I have been practicing Acro Yoga since October of 2015. I’m based out of Windsor, Ontario. My practice is most dominantly in standing Acro with certifications in teaching L-basing Acro yoga. I come from a sports background, and I have an active AYfit certification. What Acro means to me is anything can be accomplished if you set your mind to it! One thing I try to achieve in my classes is anything is possible. My instruction ranges from the basics of L-basing to trio Acro poses to advanced standing Acro poses and routines. My classes are progressions that build from prior classes with safety being the key element in all my classes. Teaching has really helped improve my own practice and gave me a better understanding of all roles in Acro-Yoga.

Back in 2021, I was invited by a friend to try out this thing called “Acro-yoga.” I didn’t really know much about it at the time. As I approached Dieppe Gardens, I saw a group of people doing these weird looking poses with each other in the air. I thought, “What have I gotten myself into?” But after trying it for myself, I realized how much fun it was!

For me, Acro yoga isn’t just about doing cool poses. It’s about the friendships and the camaraderie that are built around it. I’ve made some great friendships because of joining this community.

After making the decision to host Acro-yoga at Hesman Athletics, I decided to become a coach and help share this wondeful community with others. Come on out and try it!
