What Does HAP Offer?

HAP is a HYROX affiliated facility, and we want to welcome YOU to join the newest HYROX Training Club right here in LaSalle!

HAP offers specialized training focused on improving strength, endurance, and functional fitness through standardized workouts. It's designed to help participants prepare for HYROX races, where they complete a series of running and strength challenges. 

HAP also gains access to discounted passes for HYROX events, merchandise, swag, and EARLY ACCESS to registrations for upcoming HYROX events. We hope to send members to compete in races throughout North America, while also hosting community HYROX events here in LaSalle!

FIRST WEEK OF CLASSES ARE FREE FOR NEW MEMBERS. This will also include a free 1 on 1 session with a personal trainer!

What is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that challenges both strength and endurance.
The event features 8 kilometers of running, broken into 1-kilometer intervals. After each run, athletes complete a functional fitness workout, including:

  • Ski erg

  • Sled push

  • Sled pull

  • Burpee broad jumps

  • Rowing

  • Farmers carry

  • Sandbag walking lunges

  • Wall balls

What sets HYROX apart is its standardized format—the same workouts, in the same order, at every event around the world. This consistency allows athletes to track progress over time, focus on improving specific skills, and compete on a truly global stage.


HYROX Classes

Monday-Friday 6:15am, 6:30pm

Classes follow professionally designed HYROX Official programming, targeting endurance, power, and overall strength to master the heavier race elements. Workouts rotate weekly and are available across four categories: Foundational, Power, Engine, and Complete—each focusing on a different race component.

MONDAY Foundational Class

Learn the basics of HYROX with key movements like rowing, lunges, and sled pushes. This class builds strength and endurance at your pace, focusing on proper form and preparing you for advanced challenges. Perfect for beginners or those new to HYROX."

TUESDAY Power Class

Build raw strength with heavy sled pushes, farmer's carries, and explosive lifts. This high-intensity class boosts power and muscle endurance—ideal for those aiming to conquer the heavier elements of HYROX

WEDNESDAY Engine

Engine focuses on building endurance through running, rowing, and high-intensity conditioning. It’s designed to boost stamina and performance for the longer, cardio-heavy parts of HYROX

The Complete class is the ultimate full-body challenge, blending strength, endurance, and functional fitness. With a mix of lifting, running, rowing, and bodyweight work, it simulates a full HYROX race—perfect for training like a well-rounded athlete.
