• Strength and Conditioning (S&C)

    Monday - Friday @ 5am, 6am, 5pm, 6pm

    1 hour classes devoted to either strength training or metabolic conditioning. Days will alternate with 5am strength and 6am conditioning or vice versa, with 5am conditioning and 6am strength. All classes will involve a warmup and mobility portion, getting you ready for your lift or your conditioning piece.

    General Fitness (GF)

    Monday - Friday @ 7am, 9am

    Saturdays @ 8am, 9am

    1 hour in length, circuit style workouts. Each day will be a different focus, rotating between 5 class types: low and slow cardio, abs and arms, posterior chain, full body strength, and true HIIT. These are great classes for those whose goal is to stay in shape, get a good sweat in, and grow with the community!

    Train Like an Athlete (TLA)

    Monday - Friday @ 4pm, 5:30pm

    1.5 hours in length classes for athletes to build strength and power, increase mobility and flexibility, and enhance speed and agility! Workouts will include an in depth warmup, mobility, and activation portion, followed with skill work, strength, and/or conditioning.

    Community and Coffee (C&C)

    Saturdays @ 10:30am and Sundays @ 1:00pm

    $10 drop-in group class. Come in for a partner workout: 40 minutes of work with opportunity for rest. Scale the class to the stimulus you need for your Saturday morning, but most importantly, enjoy a workout with some community.
