  • Each class starts with a warm-up and stretching session, followed by goal-oriented workouts specific to the class's focus (e.g., strength, conditioning, mobility).

  • Classes typically run between 1 and 1.5 hours.

  • All of our classes are led by certified personal trainers who specialize in various fitness areas.

  • Your open gym membership includes many different options, to ensure you have the best experience here at HAP.

    1. A 30 minute consultation once a month with a fitness professional to discuss your needs, goals, etc.

    2. Access to all hours of the gym facility.

      Mon-Fri: 6am-9pm

      Saturday: 8am-6pm

      Sunday: 12pm-6pm

    3. General programming for your specific workouts.

    4. Access to all gym equipment (sleds, ski erg, etc.)
