Train Like An Athlete PA Day Camp


Our TLA PA Day program is the ultimate destination for young, driven, and ambitious athletes!

This is a half-day program where young athletes can work on their conditioning, develop skills that can be applied to all sports, and learn to set achievable fitness goals with experts! Scroll to learn more!

  • Our day will be filled with shared activities, which will be modified so that all athletes are appropriately challenged!

    Ages: 9-14

  • This 1/2 day program is PACKEDwith a whole lot of fitness fun and we can’t wait to see you there!*Drop-Off and Pick-Up Windows are also indicated below. Organized games will occur during those times and scheduled activities and skill building will occur during the Activity Blocks below.

    We are not currently offering an afternoon block, but if there is sufficient interest, we are open to adding one!!

    8:00-8:30- Drop-off Window

    8:30-9:00- Mobility Activity Block

    9:00-9:45- Skill Building Activity Block

    9:45-10:00- Snack Break

    10:00-10:45- Strength Building Activity Block

    10:45-11:00- Water Break

    11:00-11:30- Conditioning Activity Block

    11:45-12:00- Cooldown Stretch and Day Debrief

    12:00-12:30- Pick-up Window

PA Day Activities

Here are some of the activities you can expect at our camp! Games, exercise and a whole lot of FITNESS FUN!


Mobility Block: Stretching and flexibility activities to teach our participants about the importance of rest, recovery and injury prevention!

Flow, guided stretch, etc.


Skill-Building Block: Fun games and technique training to help improve reaction time, agility or exercise form!

FitLights activities, obstacle courses, education on exercise form, etc.


Strength Block: Activities that help young athletes build their mental and physical strength!

How to safely use gym equipment, effective goal setting, etc.


Conditioning Block: No boring conditioning here! Our activities are still planned to help young athletes train and work hard…all while having fun!

Engaging condition workouts, obstacle courses, etc.

At Hesman Athletics & Performance, our coaches are accomplished local athletes with years of experience and a passion for guiding young athletes. They excel in their sports and are dedicated to helping every athlete improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve their best performance. Our team includes:

HAP Coaches are also trained in Standard First Aid and CPR-C. The program has been designed with expert input and incorporating the HighFIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development. Your child’s safety is our top priority at HAP and our staff are well-qualified to deliver an enjoyable, safe and high-quality program!
