Homeschool Group Training


This program includes foundational fitness activities designed to enhance general physical health and well-being.

Participants will participate in activities that teach coordination, body awareness, speed and power, as well as include elements of sport-specific training to provide a comprehensive approach to physical development. Scroll to learn more!

  • Our homeschool fitness program is designed with two distinct groups.

    Junior: Ages 6-8

    Senior: Ages 9-12

  • Join us for classes every Monday and Friday.

    Junior group:

    Mondays @ 9:15am

    Fridays @ 3:15pm

    Senior group:

    Mondays @ 12:15pm

    Fridays @ 12:15 pm


  • Monthly Membership: $100 + tax ($12.50 per class)

    10 Class Pass: $140 + tax

    Drop in: $15 + tax

Class Activities

Here are some of the activities you can expect in our classes! Games, exercise and a whole lot of FITNESS FUN!


Mobility Block: Stretching and flexibility activities to teach our participants about the importance of rest, recovery and injury prevention!

Flow, guided stretch, etc.


Skill-Building Block: Fun games and technique training to help improve reaction time, agility or exercise form!

FitLights activities, obstacle courses, education on exercise form, etc.


Strength Block: Activities that help young athletes build their mental and physical strength!

How to safely use gym equipment, effective goal setting, etc.


Conditioning Block: No boring conditioning here! Our activities are still planned to help young athletes train and work hard…all while having fun!

Engaging condition workouts, obstacle courses, etc.

At Hesman Athletics & Performance, our coaches are accomplished local athletes with years of experience and a passion for guiding young athletes. They excel in their sports and are dedicated to helping every athlete improve their skills, build confidence, and achieve their best performance. Our team includes:

HAP Coaches are also trained in Standard First Aid and CPR-C. The program has been designed with expert input and incorporating the HighFIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development. Your child’s safety is our top priority at HAP and our staff are well-qualified to deliver an enjoyable, safe and high-quality program!
