Train Like an Athlete(TLA)

Our Train Like an Athlete (TLA) program is perfect for young athletes looking to improve their sport-specific skills. Designed to develop strength, speed, and agility, TLA prepares youth for the demands of competitive sports.

Monday-Friday @ 5pm

1.5 hours in length classes, they will include an in depth warmup, mobility, and activation portion, followed with skill work, strength, and/or conditioning.

$25 + HST/ class

Classes and Open Gym Membership $185/month
