Train Like An Athlete Summer Camp

Our summer training program is the best place to be this summer for young, aspiring, and motivated athletes! Let our team of some of the best local athletes and trainers help you stay on track and prepare for your tryouts this year. 

This is a half-day program where young athletes can work on their conditioning, develop skills that can be applied to all sports, and learn to set achievable fitness goals with experts!

    11:45-12:00- Cooldown Stretch and Day Debrief

    12:00-12:30- Pick-up Window

    12:30-1:00- Drop-off Window

    1:00-1:30- Mobility

    1:30-2:15- Skill Building Activity

    2:15-2:30- Snack Break

    2:30-3:15- Strength Building Activity

    3:15-3:30- Water Break

    3:30-4:00- Conditioning Activity

    4:00-4:30- Cooldown Stretch and Day Debrief

    4:30-5:30- Pick-up Window
